Like butter, beefsteak or beef sausage? If you are a man who loved the food, it's good start to be careful. Sperm quality may decline because of too much consumption of animal fats. How come?
Foods that contain saturated fat or monounsaturated fat such as sausage, and beef is savory taste delicious. But if consumed by man, it not only has an impact on heart health but also on
quality of male sperm.
Saturated fats are often found in foods such as beef bacon, sausage, ham, butter. Monounsaturated fats found in olive oil it can affect the amount and quality of sperm in men.
This is revealed in a study of three groups of men by Harvard Medical School. Group of men who consume more saturated fat was producing sperm 41% lower than the group of men who consume less saturated fat.
"Based on the results of our study may indicate that men who consume saturated fat and monounsaturated fat excess will affect sperm production in men," said Jill Attaman, head of research.
But the type of polyunsaturated fats, like omega 3 and omega 6 found in fish can actually make sperm production increases. Sperm produced more and quality.
